Job Description
Position Details Content Writer
- Salary: Up to 3.60 LPA
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in content writing with experience in ecommerce; familiarity with the home decor industry is preferred.
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)
- Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and highquality content for the website blog social media and ecommerce channels tailored primarily for a U.S. audience.
- Ecommerce Focus: Write detailed engaging product descriptions and promotional content aligned with ecommerce standards to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Social Media Strategy: Plan and create content for social media particularly Instagram to boost brand engagement and audience reach.
- SEO Integration: Apply SEO best practices to ensure optimized content that drives organic traffic.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on global trends in home decor and adapt content accordingly to resonate with market interests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
- Store Engagement: Encourage users to explore and learn more about our products by including Visit Our Store links within relevant content.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year in content writing with experience in ecommerce; familiarity with the home decor industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proven social media content creation skills especially for Instagram with a focus on driving engagement.
- Strong ecommerce content writing skills including effective product descriptions and SEO knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of international (especially U.S.) audience preferences.
- Selfdriven and organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
