Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Zonal Sales Officer to oversee sales operations in a designated zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team developing strategies to maximize sales and ensuring that our products reach the target market effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned zone setting sales targets and ensuring they are met.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and enhance brand presence in the region.
- Team Development: Recruit train and mentor sales representatives fostering a highperformance culture.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and retail partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate promotional campaigns and activities to drive product awareness and sales.

Qualifications:
