Our client a fastgrowing LegalTech platform based in Bangalore has a position open for Accounts Executive/Manager role who would support the financial operations by performing various core accounting & MIS related tasks. The job requires a clear understanding of accounting fundamentals attention to details & good communication skills. Proficiency in ZOHO books would be an added advantage (candidates with proficiency in Tally & willing to learn ZOHO Books may also apply) .
Education & Experience: BCom (All papers cleared) & experience of 13 years in daily accounting transaction entries in Tally/Zoho are the minimum requirements. (However competent freshers with internship experience in the specified areas are welcome to apply)
Daily Task List: Work with ZohoBooks & Google spreadsheets for the following:
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries related to the accounts.
Prepare invoices & update records in ZOHO Books
Ensuring receipts & payment amounts and other records are correct.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Following up on pending payables & ensuring timelines are met.
Following up on outstanding invoices to ensure ontime receipts.
Bank reconciliation.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Preparing Financial Reports MIS and sharing with stakeholders
