Overview
The RN Manager for Emergency Services (Hispanic) plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery and quality of care in the emergency department.
This position is essential in ensuring that patients receive culturally competent and effective care while navigating a fastpaced and often highstress environment.
The RN Manager will lead the nursing staff and coordinate with various departments to optimize patient outcomes. With a focus on addressing and understanding the specific health needs of the Hispanic community this role involves not only managing clinical operations but also advocating for policies and practices that enhance care delivery.
The RN Manager must ensure that the team is equipped to handle diverse patient backgrounds and be proactive in creating initiatives that promote inclusivity and awareness of cultural sensitivities.

Required Qualifications
- Current or Eligible RN license in the state Texas.
- Bachelors degree in nursing; Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER leadership nursing experience required.
- Experience with patient experience in a high acuity ED level 1 or 2 trauma ED experience Required
