Duties: Under supervision of nursing staff is responsible for the monitoring and direct care of patients on hemodialysis. Monitors patients on an ongoing basis and communicates information to appropriate team member. Works as a member of the interdisciplinary team caring for the dialysis patient. Documents patient care and observations (e.g. flow sheets AMA s incident reports).
Follows operational activities specific to assigned unit (e.g. callin times breaks).
Shift time: 11:30am 9pm including Saturdays ( 36 hrs per week )
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Dialysis clinical technician certification required.
Must have 2 years of experience and be certified.
