Job Description

Hiring for freelance recruiters to work on IT or Non IT recruitment or both

On commission basis.

This is a work from home opportunity

Bachelor s degree in human resources management or a related field.

2 years of progressive HR experience in IT recruitment or no IT recruitment or both

Indepth knowledge of recruitment process like sourcing screening scheduling candidate coordination

Should be self driven and work consistently to get results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.

Demonstrated experience in closing challenging positions
