Job Title: Analyst Sourcing & Procurement
Location: Bangalore India
Experience Range: 12 years
Salary: CTC 3 to 3.8 LPA
Language Requirement: English (Read/Write/Speak) B1 Level
Shift Timing: UK Shift with flexibility for US Shift hours
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Analyst with a focus on Sourcing & Procurement to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in procurement operations along with strong communication and technical skills. This role involves a balanced mix of voice and nonvoice tasks requiring proficiency in English and the ability to manage procurementrelated queries and transactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute SourcetoContract (S2C) transactions including query management research and data collection.
  • Manage procurement operations with a focus on sourcing and procurement processes.
  • Create adhoc reports to support procurement activities and decisionmaking.
  • Handle 50% voice tasks including call management with a neutral voice and accent.
  • Handle 50% nonvoice tasks ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and documentation.
  • Utilize knowledge of the S2C domain and industry skills to enhance procurement operations.
  • Work with Coupa and other procurement tools to manage sourcing activities.
Required Technical Skill Set:
  • Basic orientation and experience in procurement operations.
  • Proficiency in typing MS Office and keyboarding skills.
  • Exposure to the Sourcing & Procurement domain.
  • Experience working with Coupa or similar procurement software.
Desired Competencies:
MustHave:
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral voice and accent for call management.
  • Ability to manage procurement queries and transactions effectively.
  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
GoodtoHave:
  • Knowledge of S2C domain and industry skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across UK and US shift hours.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in procurement operations or a related domain.
