Job Description
- Execute SourcetoContract (S2C) transactions including query management research and data collection.
- Manage procurement operations with a focus on sourcing and procurement processes.
- Create adhoc reports to support procurement activities and decisionmaking.
- Handle 50% voice tasks including call management with a neutral voice and accent.
- Handle 50% nonvoice tasks ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and documentation.
- Utilize knowledge of the S2C domain and industry skills to enhance procurement operations.
- Work with Coupa and other procurement tools to manage sourcing activities.
- Basic orientation and experience in procurement operations.
- Proficiency in typing MS Office and keyboarding skills.
- Exposure to the Sourcing & Procurement domain.
- Experience working with Coupa or similar procurement software.
- Strong communication skills with a neutral voice and accent for call management.
- Ability to manage procurement queries and transactions effectively.
- Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Knowledge of S2C domain and industry skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across UK and US shift hours.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in procurement operations or a related domain.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
