Role Overview:
As an Amazon & eCommerce Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and optimizing the company s presence on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms. You will manage product listings promotions and campaigns to maximize profitability ensuring the company s competitive edge in the market. This role offers potential growth within DTC or marketing functions with opportunities for promotion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Lead the execution of product strategies including launches catalog updates and promotions on Amazon.
- Campaign Optimization: Develop SEO strategies manage PPC campaigns and enhance product listings with A content to increase visibility and sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Provide weekly forecasts and detailed sales performance reports to align with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (marketing operations analysts) and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- CustomerCentric Approach: Adapt product offerings to meet evolving market needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: At least 4 years in eCommerce (Sales or Marketing) with Amazon platform experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI Amazon Dashboards Oracle and SharePoint.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ambitious and driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Languages: Fluency in English (additional European languages like French or German are a plus).
Team & Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Sales Director covering for the Head of eCommerce during their paternity leave. The team comprises 8 professionals across marketing content operations and analytics. While this role involves no direct management strong collaboration is essential.
