* Able to independently manage priorities and deliverables in a fastpaced startup environment. Proficient in data structures with expertise in statistical analysis including linear models multivariate analysis stochastic models sampling methods and scenariobased sensitivity analyses.
* Define and regularly monitor KPIs success metrics and other analytics to maximize our conversion rate across our digital channels.
* Set up and evaluate A/B tests and push forward next steps at a rigorous pace.
* Deliver reports and strategic insights through analysis and manual data extractions from various ad platforms data tools and internal tracking to drive OKRs
* Effectively communicate findings to internal and external team members.
* Develop data models to be used for strategizing testing and implementing marketing campaigns across lifecycle marketing SEM social influencer ad display mobile app push and more.
* Ability to generate hypotheses and offer product recommendations grounded in datadriven insights.
* Collaborate closely with design content strategists and product teams to refine user experiences and drive product enhancements based on analytical findings.
**Does the below requirement fit your profile**
* 2 years of experience conducting quantitative marketing analysis for high tech companies
* Highly proficient with SQL and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
* Ability to connect the dots between Marketing and Product Analytics
* Advanced programming skills in Python for data analysis
* Understands endtoend user journeys for web platforms and the challenges of managing user funnels that have multiple attribution touchpoints
* Understanding of attribution business methodologies and user tracking technologies
* Strong communication skills both written and oral. Able to clearly articulate growth marketing ideas strategies and tactics to audiences with varying domain knowledge.
* Comfortable functioning in a crossfunctional environment such as working alongside design research marketing and content teams.
* Familiar with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude Google Analytics Clever Tap Hub Spot Mo Engage)
