Job Description
- Renewable Energy Projects: Successfully handle multiple renewable energy projects panIndia overseeing civil works from start to finish.
- Civil Works Execution: Spearhead the execution of civil works; large concrete foundations (up to 300 cubic meters) WBM roads small culverts concrete platforms other civil structures etc.
- Structural Engineering: Collaborate with the design team to ensure the integration of wind turbine design surface design and assembly. Provide valuable assistance in foundation structural designs and redesigning as required.
- Ready Mix and Batching Plant Calibration: Manage and oversee the calibration of ready mix and batching plants ensuring accurate and efficient concrete production.
- Project Management: Effectively manage projects concerning civil responsibilities coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all civil works meet the highest standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- Supervision: Provide onsite supervision and support to construction teams ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors and vendors fostering strong working relationships to achieve project goals.
- HSE Compliances: Prioritize health safety and environmental compliances throughout all stages of the projects.
- Control Documents: Maintain accurate and uptodate control documents ensuring proper documentation and archiving of projectrelated information.
- Relevant Experience: Possess 1418 years of extensive experience in the renewable/energy sector (at least 5 years in Wind) with a focus on civil engineering for renewable energy projects.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with global team members of the company.
- Wind Turbine Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of wind turbine design surface design and assembly integration.
- DesignFocused: Be a designfocused individual with a keen eye for detail. Able to provide valuable input into foundation structural designs and redesigning processes.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using software tools such as AutoCAD Creo Unigraphics NX/UGNX MS Projects and MS Office to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
