Job Description
- Lead the backend development process focusing on designing coding testing and deploying solutions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of highperformance and scalable backend systems using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
- Optimize backend systems for maximum speed scalability and security.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in backend development.
- 412 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Java and familiarity with other programming languages as needed.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design microservices architecture and database management.
- Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience leading or mentoring teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Prior experience in handling largescale systems or applications is a bonus.
