Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Assist in creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Help develop user personas based on research findings.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and ideate innovative solutions.
- Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback for product improvements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately.
- Produce user flows and journey maps to visualize user interactions.
- Help maintain design documentation and project files.
- Assist in creating visually appealing layouts and interface elements.
- Attend team meetings to share design updates and gather feedback.
- Support senior designers in concept development and iterative design processes.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into work.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Contribute to building a usercentered design culture within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or related field.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methods.
- Portfolio showcasing design work and process.
- Attention to detail and a userfocused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Basic understanding of responsive design principles.
- Creative thinking and a passion for design.
- Previous internship or project experience in UX design is desirable.
