Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain CRM documentation including user guides and best practices.
- Monitor CRM usage and user adoption; provide ongoing support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management concepts.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM customization and configuration.
- Project management experience or certification is a plus.
