Job Description
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- SAC Object Expertise: Develop and manage SAC objects such as Dimensions Data Actions Multi Actions and Stories.
- Data Modeling: Create models aligned with business requirements for effective data analysis.
- Data Debugging: Resolve errors and debug data issues in existing developed objects.
- System Management: Handle object transports data management and security management within SAC.
- Client Communication: Independently communicate with business users to understand and translate requirements into working solutions.
- Analytical Applications: Develop analytical applications with advanced scripting.
- Advanced Story Designing: Utilize skills in data blending formulas cross calculations input controls and linked analysis for sophisticated story designs.
- Predictive Analysis: Apply understanding of predictive analytics and smart insights to enhance planning solutions.
- Innovation: Stay updated on new functionalities upcoming releases and patches; proactively explore and implement new features.
- Process Improvement: Assess current processes identify areas for improvement and suggest technological solutions through Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Tool Proficiency: Use tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) and JIRA for project and issue management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP SAC Planning with at least one full project implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SAC objects and modeling.
- Proficient in data debugging and error resolution.
- Knowledgeable in object transports data management and security management.
- Skilled in analytical application creation and scripting.
- Experienced in advanced story designing techniques.
- Understanding of predictive analysis and smart insights.
- Tools: Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) and JIRA.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Selfdriven with a proactive approach to learning and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification: SAP SAC Planning certification is a plus.
- Additional Experience: Experience in creating POCs and suggesting innovative solutions.
