Job Description

Role Overview:

The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing recruitment employee relations and HR operations ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive employee experience and supporting the growth of a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding of candidates for various departments.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies benefits and general inquiries.
HR Operations: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records managing payroll data and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Performance Management: Support the performance review process track employee progress and work on engagement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and upskilling initiatives to ensure team members are wellequipped for their roles.
Policy Implementation: Assist in developing implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to the team.
Employee Engagement: Organize and participate in virtual teambuilding activities to foster a cohesive remote work culture.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 13 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a remote or distributed team setup.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment performance management and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Proficiency in HR software and tools like HRIS ATS and payroll systems.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a remote work environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with using virtual collaboration tools like Slack Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
