Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization. They are responsible for identifying developing and managing new business opportunities building strong relationships with potential clients and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the companys business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Establish strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers
  • Create and present compelling business proposals
  • Participate in negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys services
  • Monitor and analyze sales and business development performance
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in business development or sales roles
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
