MustHave Skills:
- Experience in one of the Velocity Industry Clouds (Health Insurance Communications Public Sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Omni Studio Omni Scripts Data Raptors Integration Procedures Flex Cards Calculation Procedures Calculation Matrices Angular Templates Vlocity LWC Vlocity IDX and Salesforce Configuration.
- Proficient in Salesforce Configuration: Workflows process builders SharingSecurity Settings.
- Experience in Salesforce Customization: Apex Trigger Apex classes Apex Batch LWC Lightning Aura.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs using standard patterns and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Strong problemsolving and technical skills.
- Experience in building and configuring applications to meet business requirements leveraging Velocity configuration and/or customization.
- Knowledge of Velocity data model across industries with a Velocity First approach in building solutions.
- Ability to analyze User Story requirements and develop solutions independently.
- Ability to mentor junior resources who are new to the Velocity platform.
- Defect triaging and support deployments/releases.
- Contribute to practicelevel initiatives building gotomarket solutions and accelerators.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer/Consultant or Velocity Industry Certifications.
- Salesforce.com Admin/Developer Certified.
- Knowledge of Apex and LWC.
- Experience in Velocity Industry within sectors like Health Insurance Communications or Government.
