Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Assurance: Support SFSC projects review partner proposals estimate workloads participate in discovery and design phases and ensure best practices.
- Asset Production: Support CRM team analyse features estimate workloads produce architecture diagrams and contribute to implementation and documentation.
- Asset Deployment/Support: Copresent demos provide guidance and support brands with Salesforce topics.
- Technological Monitoring: Conduct impact analysis of new SFSC releases and assess new modules.
Expected Skills:
- 1015 years of CRM experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce core platforms.
- Ability to integrate with teams think big picture and solve problems.
- Strong IT knowledge and skills with a focus on scalable and reliable systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into wellarchitected solutions.
- Experience leading technical design sessions and code reviews.
- Expertise in SFSC Jira and Confluence.
