We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Operations professional to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our business development efforts ensuring efficient processes accurate data management and overall operational excellence
Sales Pipeline Management:
Track and manage the sales pipeline ensuring data accuracy and uptodate information.
Analyze pipeline metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular pipeline reports and forecasts to management.
Proposal Development and Management:
Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals.
Ensure proposals adhere to company standards and guidelines.
Track proposal progress and followup on outstanding items.
Contract Management:
Review and negotiate contracts with clients.
Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage contract renewals and amendments. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business development processes.
Implement process changes and measure their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
23 years of experience in business development operations or a similar role.
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
