Enterprise Sales Manager

As Enterprise Sales Manager your primary goal will be identifying and reaching out to potential enterpriselevel clients who may benefit from the products or services offered by the company. In addition your role will be establishing and nurturing relationships with key decisionmakers within target enterprises and creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of the products or services. This may involve showcasing how the offering can meet the enterprises strategic objectives.

Key roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for faster closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts along with preparing plans for maximizing revenue along with ensuring the right mix of F&B vendors/brands deployment.
- Develop relationship and nurture strategic tieups with Commercial Property Developers Managing Agencies as well as large number of F&B brands which lead to faster conversion
- We are seeking highly motivated intellectually curious individuals structured thinkers and quick problem solvers who gravitate toward a processdriven approach to building commercial partnerships with various sectors
- A targetoriented approach which realizes the companys revenue goals
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline and maintain a high conversion rate
Qualifications:
- Candidates from Tier1 Colleges and/ or from B2B/B2C food and technology sector will be preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Connections with Commercial Property Developers as well as F&B Brands/ Restaurants is a must
- Complete understanding of commercial food court operations layout design requirements operational model
- 2 6 years of Sales experience
- A high degree of focus along with time management and planning.
- Display of strong people skills
