OT Engineer Junior
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of OT networks and systems
- Identifying and resolving technical issues in OT environments
- Conducting regular maintenance and upgrades of OT systems
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate OT with IT systems
- Implementing security measures to protect OT systems from cyber threats
- Monitoring and analyzing OT system performance and reliability
- Developing and implementing automation solutions for OT processes
- Providing technical support and training to OT system users
- Participating in incident response and recovery activities for OT systems
- Documenting OT system configurations and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems
- Experience with networking protocols and technologies in industrial environments
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python C or Java
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles for OT systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in OT environments
- Knowledge of automation and control systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic industrial environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security CISSP or CCNA are advantageous
