Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Managing the plants engineering projects and coordinating with external contractors
- Overseeing the maintenance of production equipment and ensuring minimal downtime
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively
- Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
- Collaborating with other departments to support production goals and resolve maintenancerelated issues
- Participating in budget planning and cost control efforts for maintenance activities
- Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in manufacturing operations
- Managing inventory and procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or plant engineering role
- Demonstrated expertise in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Experience with project management and working with crossfunctional teams
- Understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
