About the Role:
As an Assistant Customer Relationship Manager you will play a key role in supporting customers through their carbuying journey at Spinny s retail hub. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs engage with them recommend suitable products and manage negotiations to ensure a smooth buying experience. You will also manage the hubs inventory and resolve customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers at the retail hub by understanding their needs and offering product recommendations.
- Meet and engage with customers showcase vehicles and conduct test drives.
- Manage the hub s inventory ensuring availability of cars and maintaining records.
- Assist in resolving any customer issues ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Negotiate pricing and product offerings to close sales successfully.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English Hindi and any regional language (added advantage).
- A valid 4wheeler driving license and the ability to drive.
