We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead a multigenerational team of 30 maintenance technicians at Oral Roberts University a conservative faithbased institution in Tulsa OK. This role offers high visibility challenging opportunities and a rewarding work environment. You will manage maintenance for 41 buildings including administrative spaces and student dormitories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians specializing in HVAC plumbing electrical painting and repair.
- Oversee boiler systems and ensure efficient operations across complex properties.
- Develop and implement innovative technical solutions to optimize client programs including preventative maintenance and energy management.
- Manage daily operations including grounds and landscaping janitorial services mailroom operations and facility renovations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to ensure high levels of customer service staff development and team building.
- Drive business results by managing key performance indicators and ensuring financial success through a strong understanding of P&L.
Requirements:
- 3 years of management experience in facilities maintenance including oversight of large complex properties.
- Strong expertise in boilers as well as HVAC plumbing electrical structural and energy management systems.
- Proven track record of leadership and technical proficiency with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to meet financial objectives.
