We are seeking a Sr.Sales Account Manager to join our clients Staffing and Recruiting Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales/account management team to meet revenue and gross margin goals managing all direct costs.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for KSA government semigovernment and local business groups across multiple industry verticals.
- Drive new client acquisition and expand relationships with existing clients to retain and grow our portfolio.
- Oversee customer retention practices to ensure longterm business relationships.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of bulk recruitment and niche projects.
- Prepare proposals respond to RFQs and assist in contract negotiations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to support lead generation and sales efforts.
- Build manage and sustain large strategic Saudibased accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree from a reputable institution.
- Someone who is open to travel to Saudi for work related business meeting.
- 510 years of experience in consulting recruitment outsourcing or solution selling.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team towards revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
- Strong P&L management skills with commercial acumen and the ability to close complex deals.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding communication and organizational skills.
