Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing complex oncological surgeries with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for cancer patients
- Conducting preoperative evaluations and postoperative followups for surgical patients
- Utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies to optimize patient outcomes
- Participating in tumor board meetings and case discussions to provide surgical insights
- Leading and supervising surgical teams to ensure efficient and safe patient care
- Contributing to research initiatives and clinical trials in the field of oncological surgery
- Participating in continuous medical education and knowledge sharing activities
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions and clinical activities
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and trainees
Required Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution
- M.Ch. or equivalent degree in Surgical Oncology
- Valid state medical license to practice as a surgeon in New Delhi
- Board certification in surgical oncology or equivalent credentials
- Proven experience in performing complex oncological surgeries independently
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing advanced surgical techniques and equipment
- Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration and patientcentered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic healthcare environment
