Overview:
The SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) SOM/CM (Subscription Order Management/Convergent Mediation) Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and supporting SAP BRIM solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the SAP BRIM application meets the organizations billing and revenue management needs and integrates seamlessly with other systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design SAP BRIM solutions.
- Configure SAP BRIM SOM/CM module to meet business needs.
- Integrate SAP BRIM with existing systems such as SAP ERP and CRM.
- Provide expertise in SAP BRIM functionality and best practices.
- Support testing deployment and postgolive activities for SAP BRIM solutions.
- Participate in workshops meetings and knowledge sharing sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve issues related to SAP BRIM implementation and usage.
- Train end users and provide support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful SAP BRIM integration.
- Stay updated on SAP BRIM advancements and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of SAP BRIM SOM/CM module.
- Experience in configuring SAP BRIM for subscription order management and contract management.
- Proficiency in SAP BRIM integration with SAP ERP and other systems.
- Knowledge of billing and revenue management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide SAP BRIM solutions.
- Certification in SAP BRIM is a plus.
- Experience in consulting and clientfacing roles.
