Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SAP BRIMCM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze billing requirements and configurations.
- Design and configure charging models in SAP BRIM to optimize billing processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to billing processes.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality.
- Assist in data migration and integration of billing systems with legacy platforms.
- Provide postimplementation support ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop technical documentation for configuration and processes.
- Conduct training sessions for users on SAP BRIM functionalities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in billing and revenue management.
- Stay updated on SAP BRIM enhancements and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations in billing cycles.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to support various projects.
- Engage with customers to resolve billingrelated queries and issues.
- Prepare reports and metrics related to billing performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in SAP BRIM particularly Convergent Charging.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing solutions.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue management.
- Experience with SAP ERP and cloud integration.
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in user training and support.
- Knowledge of current financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in SAP BRIM is a plus.
- Experience working in agile project environments.
