Job Description
- Monitor and analyze online activities to detect and address potential risks such as fraud or abuse.
- Review and resolve cases of inappropriate or harmful content.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve trust and safety procedures.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance user safety and prevent future violations.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in trust and safety content moderation or a related field is advantageous.
- Eligibility to work and reside in Bulgaria.
