**Job Title:** Staff Nurse

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated **Staff Nurse** with 5 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care administering medications and assisting doctors in medical procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide nursing care to patients in hospitals or clinical settings.
Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in medical procedures and ensure proper care of patients before during and after treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and document any changes in health conditions.
Ensure adherence to infectioncontrol policies and protocols.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans posttreatment care and health maintenance.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed.
Support the hospital staff in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients.
**Qualifications:**
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse.
Strong understanding of nursing protocols patient care techniques and hospital procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced and highstress environment.
Compassionate caring attitude towards patients.
