Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive medical consultations and examinations
- Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
- Providing expert medical guidance to healthcare professionals
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress
- Ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols
- Participating in medical rounds and case discussions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Supervising and mentoring medical staff and trainees
- Participating in research and continuous medical education
- Contributing to the development of medical policies and procedures
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Overseeing the use of medical equipment and resources
- Providing medical expertise in emergency situations
- Participating in community health initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- MD DNB in Medicine
- Valid medical license in the state of Punjab
- Proven experience as a Medicine Consultant
- Expertise in medical diagnosis and treatment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous medical education
- Excellent patient care and bedside manner
- Knowledge of medical laws ethics and standards
- Ability to handle highpressure situations
- Proficiency in medical research and analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in mentoring and supervising medical staff
- Uptodate knowledge of medical advancements and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
