About the Company
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 5 engineers across various specialties
- Drive technical discovery and guide decisionmaking processes
- Develop and implement highscale consumerfacing products
- Manage project timelines stakeholder expectations and crossteam dependencies
- Ensure alignment of team objectives with organizational goals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Collaborate closely with other squad leads engineering managers and the architecture team
Required Expertise:
- 5 years of software development experience in highscale consumer products
- 2 years managing diverse engineering teams (Mobile Web QA)
- Strong proficiency in Java and Golang; PHP migration experience is a plus
- Expertise in Spring Spring Boot or Hibernate
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns
- Proficiency with GCP Kubernetes/Docker and distributed systems
- Experience with messaging tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- CI/CD setup and management experience
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
