Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting medical images such as MRIs Xrays CT scans and ultrasounds
- Providing accurate and timely diagnostic reports
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to determine treatment plans
- Ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed
- Utilizing medical imaging technology to aid in procedures such as biopsies and aspirations
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Providing guidance and supervision to radiology technologists
- Staying updated with advancements in radiology and medical imaging
- Reviewing and ensuring the quality of radiology reports
- Participating in research and academic activities
Required Qualifications:
- Medical degree and residency in Radiology
- Board certification in Radiology
- Specialization or fellowship in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiology
- Valid state medical license
- Strong expertise in MRI interpretation for musculoskeletal conditions
- Proficiency in various medical imaging technologies and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
- Detailoriented and strong analytical skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Experience in clinical research and publications is preferred
- Adherence to patient confidentiality and ethical standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
