Job Description
- Develop implement and maintain IVR systems voice bots and textbased chatbots.
- Build conversational AI solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to transform business requirements into conversational flows and intelligent solutions.
- Optimize chatbot performance by using datadriven insights for continuous improvement.
- Strong experience with IVR systems and voice bot development.
- Proficiency in building and deploying chatbots using various platforms.
- Expertise in Conversational AI tools and frameworks such as Dialogflow Rasa or similar.
- Ability to lead transformation initiatives in customer interaction through innovative chatbot and voice bot solutions.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 9 years of relevant experience.
