Our client is a leading multinational in the Building Material industry looking to hire a Project Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh KSA.
Roles & Responsibilities
Working with specifiers stakeholders in construction project: project owner architect project management quantity surveyor main contractor system partners to propose companys solutions and follow through until generating sales.
Collaborate with interdepartments: Marketing & Technical teams to deploy & align company s strategy.
Secure highvalue accounts through consultative selling effective customer.
Develop relationship maturity with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet the objectives of both parties.
Build and cultivate longterm quality relationships with major Key Accounts by addressing needs and providing superior customer service.
Actively involve in event marketing sales and brand promotion.
Sales forecasting and KRA development for daily monthly and yearly sales target accomplishment.
Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering Post Graduation in Marketing/Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 8 years in sales of Construction / Building Material products. Should have worked with Main Contractors and Sub contractors for securing projects.
- Since this is Primarily a project sales position candidate should have experience with Site visits for meeting projects stakeholders and identifying requirements. Good knowledge of and with the main contractor network in KSA esp. in Riyadh.
- Outgoing and pleasing selling personality & good communication & Influencing Skills. Ability to deal with high end Architects / Consultants / Project Managers /Contractors and project site activities.
- Should have a valid KSA driving license and should be willing to be based in Riyadh along with Family
- Good command of English. Understanding and spoken Arabic language will be added advantage.
