Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment (TA) executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition interview coordination and data management preferably in renewable industry solar o manufacturing industry experiance preferred.
Location: Ghaziabad work from Office only
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the JD to hunt candidates at various responsibility levels for engineering and support roles from various job portals application tracking and LinkedIn
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including screening interviewing and evaluating qualifications to ensure a highquality candidate pool.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide matching talents for their requirements
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media networking and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Other requirements
Stay updated on industry trends market insights and best talent acquisition practices to improve recruitment processes continually. Having a research interest is essential.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities including candidate pipelines progress and challenges. Knows how to draft a JD.
Compensation
The budgeted takehome will be 30K Per month CTC which will be offered depending on experience. Immediate joiner apply
