Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Managing guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing employees.
- Track and optimize key marketing metrics (ROI CAC LTV) to improve overall campaign performance.
- Planning developing and managing the digital marketing strategy.
- Planning and monitoring digital marketing campaigns including PPC Influencer Marketing SEO Affiliate and email campaigns.
- Planning and managing the creation of digital content for various platforms.
- He or she plays a pivotal role in driving website traffic and gene rating leads or acquiring customers.
- Developing executing and managing our social media strategy and presence.
- Budget management Growing and monitoring campaign budgets.
- Create a comprehensive social media strategy that defines goals targets audiences selects platforms curates content engages users analyzes metrics and prepares for crises to support overall business objectives
- Develop and oversee the strategic management of various social media platforms.
- Prepare regular reports to assess the success of marketing initiatives and make data driven recommendations.
- Prepare regular report of your team performance.
- Analyzing data to understand areas that need improvement and to improve brand awareness.
- Market research and lead the team accordingly.
- Conduct comprehensive research to monitor and analyze consumer behaviors and trends integrating insights into digital marketing campaigns to enhance effectiveness and drive engagement.
- Keeping up to date with emerging digital platforms industry trends.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirement:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in eCommerce or home decor.
- Strong understanding of SEO PPC on search engines and social media platforms like Instagram FB and others social media marketing email marketing and digital advertising strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time across different areas ensuring they meet organizational goals and use resources effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Creative thinker with a passion for design and home decor trends.
- Should have good time management and organizational skills.
- Should be able to delegate and prioritize work.
