Job Description:
As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing the daytoday operations of our call center. You will be responsible for overseeing agent recruitment onboarding and performance. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the seamless operation of the call center with duties that include:
Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new agents.
Managing communication between agents and leadership ensuring alignment with company goals.
Overseeing the onboarding process for new agents ensuring proper training and integration.
Monitoring agent performance and providing ongoing support and coaching to optimize productivity.
Collaborating on any operational tasks that contribute to the growth and efficiency of the call center.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Compensation:
This is a commissionbased position. You will receive a commission based on the number of agents onboarded and managed with payment structured per agent per week.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Strong marketing communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with onboarding and managing remote teams is a plus.
