Key responsibilities
- Performing laparoscopic surgical procedures with precision and expertise
- Assessing patients medical histories and determining the most suitable surgical approach
- Collaborating with other medical professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort before during and after surgical procedures
- Educating patients about surgical options risks and postoperative care

Required qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency training in general surgery and fellowship in laparoscopic surgery
- Valid medical license to practice as a surgeon in Uttar Pradesh
- Demonstrated experience in performing laparoscopic surgical procedures independently
- Excellent surgical skills and proficiency in using laparoscopic instruments
- Strong knowledge of surgical best practices infection control and patient care protocols
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team
- Outstanding communication skills and empathy towards patients and their families
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education
