Position: Data Analyst
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Interpretation:
- Perform detailed analysis of large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that support business objectives.
- Use statistical techniques to provide actionable insights from data and translate complex analyses into clear understandable findings.
- Develop test and implement advanced models for forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Machine Learning & AI:
- Build and deploy machine learning models for business applications using Python and R.
- Apply AI techniques to solve complex problems improve processes and enhance decisionmaking capabilities.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of ML and AI models through thorough testing and validation.
- Data Visualization & Reporting:
- Design and create visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI Tableau or similar to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports to management and crossfunctional teams to assist in strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts engineers and executives to gather data requirements and deliver insights.
- Present analytical findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Data Governance & Integrity:
- Ensure the integrity and security of data by following best practices for data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work with data engineers to improve data quality and streamline data processes.
Required Skills:
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Python and R for data analysis statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Proficient in using machine learning algorithms AI frameworks and libraries.
- Strong understanding of data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and data manipulation techniques.
- Statistical & Analytical Skills:
- Mastery of statistical analysis techniques predictive modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Data Visualization:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or equivalent to convey findings effectively.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data insights for business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related field.
- Certifications in AI ML or Data Science.
- Experience in working with large complex datasets and providing highimpact business insights.
