Job Description

Community of 800 creators & studios powering ondemand video content for enterprise marketers. Helping creators monetise their on/behind camera skills instead of their audience to help add passive earnings

Preseed funded.

Early revenue traction. Founding roles.

Role involves overseeing operations & managing supply & demand scale for service categories such as Content Design & SEO. Prior experience in business development or operations around either of the two services preferred.

Responsibilities include

Help chart & oversee org structure internal goal setting & KPIs along with the founders

Developing and working on the talent acquisition strategy & execution

Overseeing category (video content solutions) growth in close collaboration with category supply & demand team members

Later levelling up to set up new complimentary categories

managing business growth,business operations,operations
