Overview
As a Radiologist MD DNB DMRD in Bijnor Uttar Pradesh you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients through medical imaging and diagnostic procedures. You will interpret and communicate imaging results to other healthcare providers ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging tests such as Xrays MRI CT scans ultrasound and mammography.
- Collaborate with other physicians to consult on patient cases and determine the appropriate diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of imaging results communicating findings to other medical professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to technologists and other staff involved in the imaging process.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay abreast of advancements in diagnostic imaging technology and techniques.
- Contribute to research and development in the field of radiology including participation in clinical trials and studies.
- Adhere to safety and ethical standards in the use of imaging equipment and patient interactions.
- Consult with patients to explain imaging procedures and results addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans based on imaging findings.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records of imaging procedures and patient information.
- Participate in administrative and managerial duties related to the radiology department as needed.
Required qualifications
- MD or DNB in Radiodiagnosis from a recognized institution.
- DMRD (Diploma in Medical Radiology and Diagnosis) degree.
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiologist.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in diagnostic radiology with a strong background in interpreting imaging studies.
- Expertise in using and interpreting various radiology equipment and technologies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in patient care and medical practice.
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities in interpreting complex imaging results.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fastpaced clinical environment.

- Experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and other imaging software.
