Overview:
The SAP Financial & Budgeting position is a crucial role within the organization responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and budgeting processes using SAP software. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of financial data and budgeting activities to support the organizations financial objectives and decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP financial and budgeting modules
- Develop and maintain financial and budgeting policies and procedures
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting using SAP tools
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
- Support budget planning and forecasting processes
- Optimize and streamline financial and budgeting processes
- Provide training and guidance on SAP financial and budgeting functionalities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations
- Participate in SAP system upgrades and implementations
- Monitor and analyze financial and budgeting KPIs
- Prepare adhoc financial reports and analysis
- Lead and support financial audits
- Resolve financial and budgeting system issues and challenges
- Contribute to financial and budgeting strategy development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in SAP financial and budgeting modules
- Strong understanding of financial and budgeting principles
- Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis
- Experience in project management and crossfunctional collaboration
- Indepth knowledge of SAP financial and budgeting best practices
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Certification in SAP Financial and Budgeting modules is a plus
