Overview:
The SAP Success Factors & OM/PA Specialist plays a crucial role within the organization responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors modules related to Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA). This role is integral to ensuring the streamlined and efficient operation of HR processes and data within the organization ultimately contributing to the overall success and productivity of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules for Organizational Management and Personnel Administration.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
- Design and implement solutions to improve HR data management and reporting capabilities.
- Provide expertise in system integration data migration and support for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Develop and conduct enduser training and support materials for HR processes and system functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in HR data management.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Support the testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing SAP SuccessFactors modules with a focus on OM and PA.
- Expertise in HR system integration data migration and reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in training endusers and creating support materials.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to HR data management.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus.
- Experience with system upgrades and enhancements is desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
