Job Description
- Deliver innovative automation solutions and design standards either independently or as a leader of a team.
- Conceptualize detail and implement control systems for industrial processes including system architecture component selection schematic diagrams system documentation and programming controllers (PLC DCS/DeltaV).
- Program processvisualizations (HMI/SCADA) and develop databases for archiving/displaying historical system data.
- Design and implement industrial networking systems (Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus).
- Lead project management tasks such as project execution plans scheduling budgeting conflict resolution team leadership and ensuring project profitability.
- Act as technical lead on projects and mentor lowerlevel engineers and technicians. May also manage smaller projects.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Control Engineering Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in control system implementation with knowledge in:
- Emerson DeltaV platform.
- PLC hardware/software platforms (Rockwell Automation Siemens Modicon).
- HMI/SCADA platforms (Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Aveva System Platform Inductive Automation Ignition GE iFIX Siemens Winn CC TI Portal).
- Experience in industries like Semiconductors Life Sciences Building Automation Food and Beverage Water Treatment and General Manufacturing.
- Electrical schematics and control panels including power distribution under 480VAC.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Leading teams and mentoring engineers.
- Project Management experience with PMP certification is a plus.
- Understanding of Batch/Recipes OEE MES and ERP systems.
