Overview
The role of Assistant Manager HR is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR activities within the startup advertising agency. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting the HR manager in recruitment employee relations policy implementation and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job posting screening and interviewing candidates
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support in performance management and appraisal processes
- Implement and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Resolve conflicts and provide counseling to employees when needed
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Manage HRrelated documentation and recordkeeping
- Support the HR manager in strategic planning and decisionmaking
- Collaborate with other departments on HRrelated projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience in HR or related roles
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
- Previous experience in team management or leadership roles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Good understanding of performance management and employee engagement principles
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
