Job Description

About Us:
We are a dynamic advertising agency known for innovative campaigns and creative excellence. We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and contribute to fostering a positive highperformance work environment. As part of our HR team you will play a key role in recruitment employee relations and supporting the daytoday HR operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings sourcing screening conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and assist in identifying talent to meet organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process including scheduling evaluations and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Training & Development: Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and manage employee engagement programs events and initiatives to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • General HR Administration: Maintain employee records prepare HRrelated documents and support payroll benefits administration and other general HR functions.

Requirements:

  • 45 years of experience in HR preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
