We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and contribute to fostering a positive highperformance work environment. As part of our HR team you will play a key role in recruitment employee relations and supporting the daytoday HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings sourcing screening conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and assist in identifying talent to meet organizational goals.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process including scheduling evaluations and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Training & Development: Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Employee Engagement: Organize and manage employee engagement programs events and initiatives to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
- General HR Administration: Maintain employee records prepare HRrelated documents and support payroll benefits administration and other general HR functions.
Requirements:
- 45 years of experience in HR preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
