IT Sales Support Executive
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Maintain customer databases and prepare sales reports.
Handle inquiries from clients.
2. Client Communication:
Interact with customers via phone and email to address queries.
Provide product information and assist in resolving issues or concerns.
3. Proposal and Quotation Generation:
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and finalize sales proposals and
quotations.
Ensure proposals and quotations are accurate and aligned with customer
requirements.
4. Order Processing:
Efficiently process sales orders ensuring timely and accurate order entry
tracking and fulfillment.
Liaise with other departments to meet customer delivery expectations.
5. Sales Documentation:
Maintain organized records of sales contracts agreements and related
documentation.
Ensure all records are uptodate and easily accessible.
6. Inventory Management:
Assist in managing inventory levels and stock availability.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to meet customer demand.
7. Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market
conditions.
Provide valuable insights to the sales team.
8. Customer Feedback:
Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve products
and services.
9. Cold Calling:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce IT solutions
and services.
Identify decisionmakers within organizations and initiate meaningful
conversations to assess their IT needs.
10. Client Meetings:
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients either inperson or
virtually to understand their IT requirements and present solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and product demonstrations as
needed.
11. Lead Generation:
Generate new prospects and leads for the sales team.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customercentric mindset and attention to detail.
Experience in IT sales or a related field is preferred.
