Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations: Manage all warehouse activities including receiving storing shipping and inventory management.
- Optimize Space Utilization: Ensure efficient space usage and the proper arrangement of products to minimize wastage and streamline workflows.
- Inventory Control: Implement strategies to maintain inventory accuracy including conducting regular stock checks and ensuring goods are safely stored.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage warehouse staff including hiring training and developing a highperformance team.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the warehouse adheres to all safety regulations and legal requirements implementing appropriate safety protocols.
- Coordinate with Freight and Logistics Teams: Work closely with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2 4 years of warehousing management experience preferably within an eCommerce or logistics setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
