Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Portland OR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing highquality patient care and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced supportive environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with critically ill patients while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions including vital signs lab results and response to treatments.
- Administer medications and intravenous (IV) therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans medications and health management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Excellent critical thinking communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
